Privacy policy

Twofold Editions collects only the information needed to operate the storefront, prepare orders, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and understand site performance.

Information collected

Checkout may collect your name, email, mobile number, shipping address, pincode, purchased items, approved personalisation, and payment reference. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay.

How information is used

Information is used to validate and fulfil orders, communicate production and delivery status, resolve support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve the store. Where consent applies, information may also be used to measure or market relevant editions. Newsletter consent is stored separately and can be withdrawn.

Service providers

Necessary data may be processed by hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, and delivery providers. Each provider receives only what is reasonably necessary for its role.

Private order access

Order status uses a one-time email link followed by a signed, short-lived browser cookie. Private access tokens are not placed in analytics events or WhatsApp messages.

Retention and rights

Order records are retained as required for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention, and law. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing twofoldeditions@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

The store uses essential browser storage for the bag and private sessions. GA4 and Meta Pixel load only after consent and are excluded from cart, checkout, admin, API, and order-status paths.
