Terms & conditions

These terms govern purchases from the Twofold Editions website. By placing an order, you confirm that the checkout and personalisation information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and editions

Small variations in surface, colour, fit, and finish can occur between artifacts and are not necessarily defects. Product photography and live personalisation previews are representative; screen settings and the handcrafted nature of finishing can affect appearance.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Prepaid payment is processed by Razorpay; eligible orders may select COD with the surcharge shown before confirmation. An order may be cancelled for pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil safely.

Personalisation approval

Customers must review names, times, dates, event, size, and other options before confirming. Twofold may reproduce approved information exactly as submitted for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order.

Intellectual property

Twofold branding, original layouts, photography, and product designs may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Product-specific third-party intellectual-property use is governed by the commercial licences or written permissions held for those editions; no broader endorsement is implied.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Twofold is not liable for indirect losses or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
