Where every edition begins

An object can hold an entire story.

Every TwoFold edition begins with something you already carry: the route that changed what you thought was possible, the place that still feels like home, or the imagined world you never quite left behind. For us, that idea became real on a race morning in Bengaluru, when we began asking why a day that meant so much should end as only a medal and a result.

We translated the TCS World 10K route into a tactile relief map and reached out to one of Bengaluru’s marathon communities. What began as a small experiment was warmly received. Runners recognised familiar corners, remembered their race mornings, and told us the memento felt more personal than something left in a drawer.

That response gave us our direction. We study the lines, colours, landmarks, and small familiar details that make a memory instantly recognisable, then translate them into physical form. The result is not simply a model of a place, but an object that brings its story back into view.
